Glastonbury Emerging Talent Final

Had an absolutely amazing night in Pilton last night. Thank you to everyone who put Twin Brother through to the final of the competition, including a special thank you to Peter from This Music Wins! It was decided on the night that all 8 finalists were impressive enough to be offered slots at the Glastonbury festival in June.

The winner were Treetop Flyers who have a release coming out with Communion on May 23rd. They put on a really good performance showing off a slightly rockier side to the new folk wave, which saw its peak in the middle of last year. Their songs hang oh huge chorus' not unlike the leaders of the folk movement, Mumford & Sons. As well as Glastonbury they will appear at Camden Crawl, Bushstock, Hop Farm and Blissfields this summer, so no excuse to miss them.
